Welcome to Country Trace!

Country Trace is a community of 185 block-constructed residences between 66th and 68th street and Paradise to Aire Libre. The community was established in the early 1980’s by Dell Trailor, the developer of Gold Key Homes and responsible for the construction of thousands of high quality residences in the Phoenix and Scottsdale area since the 1950s. Located in the “Magic” 85254 zip code, Country Trace residents enjoy Scottsdale mailing addresses with the lower taxes enjoyed by Phoenix residents.

Immediately to the south of Country Trace, The Herberger family sold a large parcel of land to UDC in the early 90’s, which evolved into what is now known as Kierland. Given its proximity, Country Trace homeowners can enjoy all of what Kierland has to offer. Enjoy a walk along the Westin Kierland Golf Course to Kierland Park. Continuing east on Greenway Parkway takes you into the heart of luxury shopping and dining at Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter.

It’s all about location, location and location. Country Trace and surrounding neighborhoods continue to be in high demand.

Adding to the Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter experience, Country Trace is right around the corner from TPC Scottsdale, the host of the Waste Management Phoenix OpenWestworld, the host of Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auction and Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show as well as minutes from Major League Baseball spring training stadiums.

For the cycling enthusiasts, there are terrific bike lanes and paths to enjoy a ride to Mummy and Camelback Mountains. For hikers, you are minutes away from Pinnacle Peak trails and Tom’s Thumb.

Adding to the attractiveness of the area, Country Trace kids have the opportunity to attend the nationally recognized Paradise Valley Unified School District. Dell Trailor/Gold Key Homes had the foresight in the development of Country Trace to make it one of the premier communities in North Scottsdale. Take a close look at our community and surrounding areas and we think you will agree.
